Quality Policy for 2005-2006

Joint-stock company scientific production enterprise «Diaproph-Med» is Ukrainian large-scale manufacturer of test kits based on enzymelinked immunosorbent assay for diagnostics of different infections.

Upon defining of Quality Policy of company we consider:

• Our products are used for diagnostics of most hazardous and widespread infections in the world – HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, syphilis etc.
• Qualitative diagnostics is an important prevention of infection spreading.
• More than 10 years our company have steadily competed for quality improvement of own products and reached considerable results in this direction.
• Main personnel of our collective comprise highly qualified specialists in the field of biotechnology, chemistry, engineering and management.
  
  

Main aims of our company are:

• to Guarantee safety, stable and high quality of our products in accordance with customer’s expectations, established and legislative requirements.
• to Retain and consolidate own leadership in the market and achieve stable image in new markets owing to product diversification, high quality of supplied products, recognition of customer’s requirements, improving product servicing.
  
  

Main tasks of company directed to aim achievement:

1. Provide high-quality products to customers in complete compliance with their demands and expectations and also established and legislative requirements.
2. Enlarge assortment of released production.
3. Provide process approach and work compliance of each division with requirements of Quality management system.
4. Complete Quality management system in accordance with Directive 98/79/ЕС of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 1998 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices.
5. Affix СЕ-mark for «DIA-HIV ½» test kit.
6. Increase sale volume and profits due to widening of product market, quality improvement and product competitiveness.
7. Prepare the way for affixing of CE-mark for «DIA-HBV» and «DIA-HCV» test kits.
8. Improve product servicing and system of feedback.
9. Decrease costs of production and other processes on account of rejects and discrepancies by means of more effective management and use of resources, personnel involving, corrective and preventive measures.
10. Explore new reserves for improving of product quality.
11. Enhance stability and effectiveness of technological process.
12. Decrease intra- and interbatch variations of quality characteristics of products.
13. Provide high level of elaboration of new products.
14. Steadily advance professional skills and the level of personnel competence.
15. Motivate personal concernment and personnel responsibilities for quality at all stages of organization.
    
    

Quality Management System was developed, documented and implemented for fulfillment of mentioned purposes.

Chairman of Board and Management of company are held liable for realization of adopted Quality Policy, effective functioning of production, compliance to requirements of quality management system and its effectiveness maintenance.

Company management undertakes to find all required resources for realization of adopted Quality Policy, development of personnel initiative, motivation of personal interests and responsibilities for work results, quality of products and processes at all management levels.

On the other hand each employee of company has to realize that conscientious fulfillment of own duties is a common success and personal welfare.
